After-school Program

Burnet will provide an after-school program through CASE for Kids. Our site contains two major components that service the needs of the community.  The first hour is tutorials and homework help to support the student directly in their academics.  The second and a half hour is the enrichment component where students choose from a variety of classes they can participate in.  The following classes have been offered in the past: storytelling, game board, chess, ballet folklorico, piano, dance, twirling, soccer, flag football, softball, mad science, jump bunch, crafting-scrapbooking, Cricut programming, robotics, jewelry making, gardening, and coding to name a few.  The enrichment program supports the students indirectly within their academics by relating many of the classes/courses to their current learning.
